PLC控制柜一般包括以下五部分:
空气开关
一个总的空气开关，这个是整个柜体的电源控制。相信每个柜子都必须要有的一个东西。
PLC
这个要根据工程需要选择。打个比方如果工程小可以直接就是一个一体化的PLC 但如果工程比较大 可能就需要模块、卡件式的，同时还可能需要冗余（也就是两套交替使用）。
电源
一个24VDC的开关电源，大多数的PLC都是自带24VDC的电源，根据是否确实需要来定是否要这个开关电源。
继电器
一般PLC是可以直接将指令发到控制回路里，但也可能先由继电器中转。打个比方，如果你PLC的输出口带电是24VDC的，
但是你的控制回路里画的图 需要PLC供的节点却是220VAC的，那么你就必须在PLC输出口加上一个继电器，即指令发出时 继电器动作，
但后让控制回路的节点接到继电器的常开或常闭点上。也是根据情况选择是否使用继电器。
接线端子
这个肯定是每个柜子都必不可少的东西 根据信号数量可以配置。如果只是一个单纯的PLC控制柜 基本就是需要这些玩意，
如果你的控制柜内还需要有其他的东西 就看情况增加。比方说你有可能要对某些现场的仪表或者小控制箱供电，可能你就得要增加空开数量。或者你要PLC接至上位机，
可能就需要增加交换机什么的。视情况而定。

防护等级：IP41或IP20
环境条件：环境温度在0℃-55℃，防止太阳光直接照射；空气的相对湿度应小于85%（无凝露）。远离强烈的震动源，防止震动频率为10-55HZ的频繁或连续震动。
避免有腐蚀和易燃的气体。




PLC控制器 
可编程逻辑控制器（Programmable Logic Controller，简称PLC），一种具有微处理机的数字电子设备，用于自动化控制的数字逻辑控制器，
可以将控制指令随时加载内存内储存与执行。
可编程控制器由内部CPU，指令及资料内存、输入输出单元、电源模组、数字模拟等单元所模组化组合成。
广泛应用于目前的工业控制领域。在可编程逻辑控制器出现之前，一般要使用成百上千的继电器以及计数器才能组成具有相同功能的自动化系统，而现在，
经过编程的简单的可编程逻辑控制器模块基本上已经代替了这些大型装置。可编程逻辑控制器的系统程序一般在出厂前已经初始化完毕，
用户可以根据自己的需要自行编辑相应的用户程序来满足不同的自动化生产要求。
初的可编程逻辑控制器只有电路逻辑控制的功能，所以被命名为可编程逻辑控制器，后来随着不断的发展，
这些当初功能简单的计算机模块已经有了包括逻辑控制，时序控制、模拟控制、多机通信等许多的功能，名称也改为可编程控制器（Programmable Controller），
但是由于它的简写也是PC与个人电脑（Personal Computer ）的简写相冲突，也由于多年来的使用习惯，人们还是经常使用可编程逻辑控制器这一称呼，
并在术语中仍沿用PLC这一缩写。




可编程逻辑控制器，一种数字运算操作的电子系统，专为在工业环境应用而设计的。
它采用一类可编程的存储器，用于其内部存储程序，执行逻辑运算，顺序控制，定时，计数与算术操作等面向用户的指令，
并通过数字或模拟式输入/输出控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。是工业控制的核心部分。PLC控制器主要是指数字运算操作电子系统的可编程逻辑控制器，
用于控制机械的生产过程。也是公共有限公司、电源线车等的名称缩写

基本结构
PLC实质是一种**于工业控制的计算机，其硬件结构基本上与微型计算机相同，基本构成为：
a、电源
PLC的电源在整个系统中起着十分重要的作用。如果没有一个良好的、可靠的电源系统是无法正常工作的，因此PLC的制造商对电源的设计和制造也十分重视。
一般交流电压波动在+10%(+15%)范围内，可以不采取其它措施而将PLC直接连接到交流电网上去
b. *处理单元(CPU)
*处理单元(CPU)是PLC的控制**。它按照PLC系统程序赋予的功能接收并存储从编程器键入的用户程序和数据；检查电源、存储器、I/O以及警戒定时器的状态，
并能诊断用户程序中的语法错误。当PLC投入运行时，首先它以扫描的方式接收现场各输入装置的状态和数据，并分别存入I/O映象区，
然后从用户程序存储器中逐条读取用户程序，经过命令解释后按指令的规定执行逻辑或算数运算的结果送入I/O映象区或数据寄存器内。
等所有的用户程序执行完毕之后，后将I/O映象区的各输出状态或输出寄存器内的数据传送到相应的输出装置，如此循环运行，直到停止运行。
为了进一步提高PLC的可靠性，近年来对大型PLC还采用双CPU构成冗余系统，或采用三CPU的表决式系统。这样，即使某个CPU出现故障，整个系统仍能正常运行。
c、存储器
存放系统软件的存储器称为系统程序存储器。
存放应用软件的存储器称为用户程序存储器。
d、输入输出接口电路
1、现场输入接口电路由光耦合电路和微机的输入接口电路，作用是PLC与现场控制的接口界面的输入通道。
2、现场输出接口电路由输出数据寄存器、选通电路和中断请求电路集成，作用PLC通过现场输出接口电路向现场的执行部件输出相应的控制信号。

工作原理编辑
一. 扫描技术
当PLC投入运行后，其工作过程一般分为三个阶段，即输入采样、用户程序执行和输出刷新三个阶段。完成上述三个阶段称作一个扫描周期。
在整个运行期间，PLC的CPU以一定的扫描速度重复执行上述三个阶段。
(一) 输入采样阶段 在输入采样阶段，PLC以扫描方式依次地读入所有输入状态和数据，并将它们存入I/O映象区中的相应得单元内。
输入采样结束后，转入用户程序执行和输出刷新阶段。在这两个阶段中，即使输入状态和数据发生变化，I/O映象区中的相应单元的状态和数据也不会改变。
因此，如果输入是脉冲信号，则该脉冲信号的宽度必须大于一个扫描周期，才能保证在任何情况下，该输入均能被读入。
